Preliminary study
When you contact us about getting an offer for PIMpilot, we always start with a preliminary study. The preliminary study is free and non-binding for you, but it is necessary for us to get a realistic picture of your needs.
The preliminary study is also here where we can jointly align expectations - and we will be able to narrow down the budget for you, so that you get a more realistic picture of what it will cost to get PIMpilot implemented in your company.
Requirement specification and project plan
If you accept the framework that the preliminary study results in, phase 2 starts, where a requirement specification and a project plan are drawn up. These are of course based on the preliminary study, but we also go a level deeper. Therefore, we examine your existing systems so that PIMpilot can be adapted to them.
As we gain more knowledge about your systems and your needs for processing and distribution of your product data, the total budget framework for adaptation and implementation of PIMpilot will also be narrowed.
When the requirements specification and the project plan have been drawn up, you will receive these - even if you decide not to proceed with the project.
Development
When you accept the requirements specification and the project plan, the actual development phase can start. Here, our skilled programmers ensure that PIMpilot is adapted to your needs and systems, just as it is described in the requirements specification.
During the development phase, we test that each individual integration works as intended. You therefore get a well-tested solution that meets the wishes and needs that you have described earlier in the project process.
Test and launch
When PIMpilot is adapted to all your systems and handles your product data correctly, we perform a final test. When the test has been completed without problems, PIMpilot is ready for launch.
You will be continuously updated on the development process and the results of our tests.
Follow-up and operation
After the launch of PIMpilot, we follow up on whether the software application continues to function as intended and that data is processed and distributed correctly. This helps to ensure that you have a solution that meets your requirements and needs.
In addition, we take care of the operation of PIMpilot.
As your needs change, we ensure that PIMpilot is adapted to your new, future wishes and needs. PIMpilot is a future-proof solution that can be continuously adapted and expanded.
