As part of the Swedish plumbing group BLS Industries, Jafo is known for their innovative and robust solutions within bathroom and drainage systems. Their customers primarily consist of professional installers and plumbing specialists who demand easy access to accurate product information, technical specifications and documentation.
To strengthen their digital presence and streamline the handling of product data, Jafo wanted to implement a solution that could create a cohesive digital experience and prepare the company for international growth.
Need for efficient data management and scalability
Jafo needed a digital platform that could collect product information in one place and distribute it across digital channels, ensuring that product data was always consistent and up-to-date without manual intervention. In addition, it was also important for Jafo to have a user-friendly solution that was easy to maintain.
The solution had to not only meet immediate needs, but also be flexible and scalable so that it could be adapted to future requirements – for example, integration of e-commerce or future market expansions with the possibility of implementing multiple languages.
The solution: Integration with PIMpilot
To meet Jafo's requirements, they were given a solution based on WordPress and WooCommerce to present their product catalog – without e-commerce functionality. The central part of the solution was the integration with PIMpilot, which effectively connects Jafo's PIM system, inriver, with their website.
With PIMpilot, Jafo can centralize all product information in their PIM system and ensure that data is automatically updated on the website. This reduces the need for manual data maintenance and minimizes the risk of errors. It also allows Jafo to quickly manage changes to the product range and launch new products.
The solution has initially been launched on the Swedish market, but with the possibility of easily adding more languages and markets.

With the new solution, Jafo has gained a number of advantages:
